Inspired
by my husband Ed, for his locally famous pig roasts, and
for my love of cooking and creating new flavors, I developed
this very versatile vinegar sauce. The uses are virtually
endless. It's great as a marinade on all types of meats,
poultry, and seafood. Use it as a sauce on coleslaw, salads,
pasta, vegetables, and eggs. Or, baste meatand vegetables
while grilling. It's also great in Bloody Marys.
