This is a gourmet salsa that is very rich in flavor and is made from quality ingredients. It is SWEET and spicy. The “sweet” is my trademark. It is thick, not “chunky” and has a very even consistency. The flavors blend much better that way. The mild has just a little kick. The medium has a good punch. The hot has an after burn that lingers for a while, and continues as you keep going back for more. It is nice to actually taste the flavor though before being hit with the heat. Warning: this can be addictive. But what’s the harm? It has no fat, very low calories, no cholesterol, and is sodium free. So enjoy it guilt free!
