Pepper Jelly is no ordinary clear jelly but instead is
packed with farm fresh chilies giving it a taste that
is uniquely from the farm. Pepper Jellies make an easy
and elegant hors d' oeuvre spread over cream cheese using
Ritz crackers for dipping. Pepper Jellies also add flavor
to your meats as a condiment or glaze for pork roast,
hot wings, ribs, fish, or jerky. Stir a little into batters
to give accent to cornmeal muffins or biscuits. Definitely
add to your baked beans and meat loaf for a zesty taste.
